Missing Eyebrows?

Do you have sparse brows? Have you been too eager with the tweezers? Don’t worry, you are not alone. The good news is there is a quick fix. All you need is a pencil, eye shadow powder, and a clean mascara brush or an angled brush.

Powders and pencils stick to skin but not to hair, so if you have lots of brow missing, you need to shade in the skin where the hair should grow.

Choose a soft brow pencil as hard ones are too waxy. Choose a shade lighter than your brows and a powder which matches the colour of your brows. If your brows are super fine, select a pencil a shade darker than the brow.

Comb out the brows with a clean mascara wand. Then use the soft pencil to fill in the sparse areas with short, feathery strokes. Always follow the direction of the hair growth. The idea is not to create a definite line, but to create the appearance of hair. To avoid an unnatural look, do not pencil in the whole brow.

Dip a clean mascara wand or angled brush into the powder eye shadow you have chosen. Brush the powder along the brow, it should stick to the pencil while also blending in the colour.

You can use two shades of powder to fill in the brows. A light shade where they are thickest and a darker shade for the tail ends.

To set brows in place, spray some fine hairspray onto a finger and brush onto the brow.

If you have over plucked your eyebrows, it can take anything from 2 months to 2 years for them to grow back. TWEEZERS - CAUTION
